Ever since being in business The Malt Shop has served homemade pizza, homemade bread, homemade soups, Mediterranean cuisine, milk shakes and malts, ice-cream, fresh fruit smoothies and homemade salads. The Malt Shop has served faculty and staff from Central Michigan University (CMU), CMU alumni, Students from CMU, Mt. Pleasant High School, Sacred Heart Academy, and other area high schools and colleges, workers from various businesses, retired people and anyone in the general public. The Malt Shop still does, host many parties for faculty and staff at CMU, for fraternities and sororities as well as class parties and birthday parties.
