The Dairy Phil was built in 1953 by the original owner who named it after his wife, Phyllis. The previous owner operated the parlor for several years under the name The Ice Cream Parlor.

After changing the name back to the The Dairy Phil, the Muirs decided to incorporate a classic 50s theme in the entire restaurant with checkered floors, a red and white stripe awning and poodle skirt uniforms.

This ice cream shop delivers between 11am-2pm. Expect it to come on a moped.
